FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-2024

Student enrolment for semester 1
Because a large number of our students are from international countries, the school will accept new student enrolments at any time of the academic year until 15th December each year.
The Somtawin Witaedsuksa Huaymongkhon School academic year runs from May to March.
The Academic Year is evenly split into two semesters, Semester 1 March - September & Semester 2 October - March.
For each Academic Year, the enrolment period is January - March.
All new students are required to attend an interview at the school and complete placement tests to ensure that, if accepted, they enrol in the most appropriate grade for their current skills.
All new students must bring the following documents with them to the enrolment;

 

Thai Citizen Student

  • Academic report from the previous school
  • Copy of House Registration
  • Copy of Parents Citizen ID card
  • Copy of Student Birth Certificate
  • Student colour photos (35 mm x 40 mm) = 4 photos
  • Parents colour photos (35 mm x 40 mm) = 2 photos each

 

Foreign Student 

  • Academic report from the previous school
  • Copy of student passport (included all stamped pages)
  • Copy of parents passport (included all stamped pages)
  • Student colour photos (35 mm x 40 mm) = 4 photos
  • Parents colour photos (35 mm x 40 mm) = 2 photos each

 

Tuition fee for academic year 2023-24

Kindergarten school tuition fee 124800 baht per year (include lunch )

Tuition fee for Primary and secondary school are excluded book and the cost of uniform.

Primary grade 1 - 3 tuition fee 114800 per year (include air condition fee)

Primary grade 4 - 6 tuition fee113800 per year (include air condition fee)

Secondary grade 7 - 9 tuition fee 119800 per year (include air condition fee)

Secondary grade 10  tuition fee 118800 per year (include air condition fee)

Secondary grade 11 - 12 tuition fee 127200 per year (include air condition fee)

 

If parents and / or students give written notification wishing to resign before or within the first week after the semester starts, the school will reimburse 80% of the tuition fee. Students who give written notice wish to resign by the second week after the semester starts, the school will refund 50% of the tuition fee, after these periods, the tuition fee is not refundable.

A full refund is given when parents inform the school for resignation before the school is commencing.

Overdue is charged at 1000 baht per semester.

School fees are due by the end of March for Semester 1 and September for Semester 2.

School fee payment channels are available such as cash or credit card at the admin office, bank transfers, school payment slip or link pay for credit card.

There is a discount for cash or credit card payment for early payment, it will be announced by the school before the payment due date.

This is to be confirmed each semester before the tuition fee is due.

For full-year payment, the school allows 5% discount on tuition fee if paid by cash.

Students with the same family, for the third child, there will be a 50% discount on tuition fee and no enrolment fee.
